Document Description
The language found within this document is intended to address a matter that arose between a DMC and a potential vendor. In sum, the vendor alleged that a legal contract existed between the DMC and the vendor simply based on the DMC's interest (i.e., request for proposal, communications) in securing the vendor's goods and/or services for a prospective program that ultimately never came to fruition. In an effort to reduce the chances that a situation like this arises within your DMC, please consider the disclaimer langauage found within this document. This language may be placed in a DMC's request for proposal, in the signature line of email communications with a vendor, etc.
