    This master vendor agreement (also referred to as a supplier agreement) has been heavily revised to include new developments throughout the industry, compliment the latest version of the proposed event service agreement, and improve formatting and overall ease of use. 

     

    This document  sets out the principal terms between a DMC and its frequently used vendors for goods and/or services to be provided by the vendor for a program managed and operated by the DMC.
