Document Description
This newly proposed event service agrement contemplates emerging issues in the DMC industry; incorporates an improved payment/deposit schedule; offers revised cancellation terms that incentivize contract execution; removes unnecessary or minimally relied upon terms in an effort to reduce its overall length; and reorganizes the contract to allow for easier review and editing.
